The ITEA is answering that call by utilizing Dropbox and Google Drive. Both systems are free services which allow you to store files on the “cloud”, a virtual thumbdrive in the sky. Both systems are highly rated and secure. Simply create an account for either service and the ITEA will share its files with you!
Dropbox | You have the option to install Dropbox software on your laptop or desktop, but most importantly, you can install the Dropbox app on your mobile device to have instant access to the ITEA documents. Because Dropbox is a real time file sharing solution, any changes to the documents by the ITEA will be sync’d instantly with your mobile device or your home computer if you elect to install the software there as well.
Google Drive | If you have a gmail account, you already have Google Drive! In order to have the ITEA share it’s files with you, complete the form below. Once your membership is confirmed, you will receive an email to your gmail account inviting you to share the folder.
The mobile app for both services is available for iPhone/iPad, Droid, Blackberry, and Windows Mobile devices. All members, and only members, of the ITEA will be given access to these files. Please fill out the form below to receive an invitation to share the ITEA Dropbox and Google Drive folders.
