This will begin a request to delete your account for ITEA Mobile

Process:
 

 1. Once this form is filled out, we will contact the ITEA member and verify they would like their account to be deleted

2. Once verified, we simply delete their account the same way the member would if they signed in to the member portal and did it themselves

3. Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered, and all of their personal information will be removed from our database

 

Note: if you are a group owner with multiple members you will need to first transfer ownership of the group prior to deletion
